Product Description

KATMOTO DCT FLUID is a high-performance transmission fluid developed for selected dual clutch transmissions, including DSG, S-tronic and Powershift-type systems where DCT fluid is specified. The formulation provides clutch friction stability, fast gear engagement, wear protection, oxidation resistance and reliable hydraulic control for wet and selected dry DCT applications.

DCT-specific friction control for quick and smooth gear engagement. Supports wet clutch durability and stable torque transfer.
Anti-wear protection for gears, bearings, synchronizers and hydraulic units. Good oxidation stability under compact high-temperature gearbox conditions.
Low-temperature flow for fast hydraulic response. Suitable for selected DSG, S-tronic, Powershift and multi-brand DCT applications.

 

 

Applications & Performance Level

Applications Selected wet DCT and dry DCT systems where DCT fluid is specified, including DSG, S-tronic and Powershift-type transmissions.
Suitable For VW/Audi DSG-type, Ford Powershift-type, BMW DCT-type, Mercedes-Benz DCT-type, Mitsubishi SST-type and other DCT applications where fluid compatibility is confirmed.
Important Notice DCT fluid selection must follow the OEM fluid number and service manual. Not recommended for conventional AT, CVT, e-CVT or manual gearboxes unless specified.
