Lithium Complex + 5% MoS₂ Extreme-Pressure Grease. KATMOTO GREASE MOLY EP2 is a lithium-complex grease fortified with 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) for heavily loaded, shock-loaded pins and bushings such as those on excavators and loaders where a moly grease is recommended

Applications & Performance Level

Applications Heavily loaded and shock-loaded pins, bushings and joints in excavators, loaders and mining equipment where an NLGI 2 grease with MoS₂ is specified.
Specification NLGI 2 (Li complex + MoS₂) — extreme-pressure moly grease classification.
DIN 51502 KPF2N-20 — EP grease with solid lubricant designation.
CAT pin & bushing (moly-type) — suitable where Caterpillar recommends a moly grease for pins.
High 4-ball weld — high load-carrying for shock-loaded joints.
Anti-seize protection — MoS₂ prevents seizure under boundary conditions.
OEM Suitability Excavator, loader and mining-equipment pins and bushings where an NLGI 2 grease with 5% MoS₂ is specified (e.g. Caterpillar). Follow the OEM manual.
